This latest update may be helpful to everyone who are interested to know what’s going on after months since April 25 earthquake in Nepal, especially in tourism.  As we had mentioned in our first update after the earthquake, our team members and their families are fine.  Langtang valley and Mt. Manaslu circuit treks had sever level damage so the trekking in these areas is still not fully opened.  In other areas such as Everest, Annapurna, Kanchenjunga and other places tourism has come to normal.  We have run trips to Mt. Everest base camp, Lobuche East, Annapurna and Upper / Lower Dolpo in last months and weeks, and all the clients have found out the treks are simply normal.  However Nepal saw much less tourists compared to same period in previous years.  Nepal’s  tourism is expected to be back to full normal including opening of Manaslu and Langtang.  Please do visit Nepal not only for showing sympathy but to enjoy your adventure as usual.
