Annapurna Panorama or Annapurna Foothills trek is for those who have little time to see the Himalaya, are beginners in trekking, or for anyone who wishes to do a short, easy trek. This trek begins from the outskirts of Pokhara Valley after a short drive. This is a superb trip, offering you an easy, but exciting, short trek to the most picturesque area of the Annapurna mountain range, via well-worn paths. You will pass through beautiful villages which are tucked against the terraced hills with the backdrop of the giant face of Annapurna and the pinnacle of Machapuchhare (Fishtail Mountain (6993m). The trek can also be extended towards Annapurna Base Camp and less explored Khayar Lake North of Tadapani.
