Overview

Trekking to Nar Phu Valley is a journey to one of the Shangri-las in the Himalayan hidden lands. In this trek, it is still possible to explore unspoiled valleys and villages of Tibetan origin Neshyang and Buddhist people who have successfully kept their unique culture and way of life still untouched by modernization. The trek starts after a long day’s drive by jeep from Kathmandu to starting point that’s in Annapurna circuit trail. Then the trek immediately heads to the hidden land of Nar Phu region. After completing the Nar Phu the trek can go towards Annapurna’s Tilicho Lake area. If you chose the itinerary below, the trek becomes complete package of cultural, wilderness and Himalayan high passes of Kangla and Mesokanto including beautiful lake situated on the highest elevation in the world.utiful trek combined with an easy to medium level climbing experience in the Himalaya.

Options for Nar Phu valley trek – The trek can be of only 13/14 days (Kathmandu to Kathmandu) if we didn’t take the two passes of Kangla and Mesokanto La. Please write us for the change or customized itinerary.
