Overview
Gosainkunda Langtang Valley combined trekking is one of the marvelous trekkings in the Himalaya. Gosainkunda Langtang is the nearest trekking area from Nepal’s capital city of Kathmandu. Thus this trek starts from Pati bhanjyang a short jeep ride from Kathmandu Valley and heads North towards the holy lake of Gosainkunda (4380m) before dropping to the beautiful Langtang Valley. It’s a package of learning about traditional Buddhist – Hindu culture, seeing amazing panoramic views and excellent trekking. The glaciated lake of Gosainkund is considered holy by Hindus, Shamanistic followers and local Buddhists. Panoramic views of Langtang, Ganesh and Annapurna range can be viewed from the lake area. The trek concludes at Syabrubesi to catch the bus to Kathmandu.
