Mt. Everest Climbing Expedition 2023

Join our skilled and dedicated local climbing guides to be on the summit of the Mt. Everest in 2023 spring.  We have got three members already signed at the time of this update for the Mt. Everest Climbing in 2023. Our guides are experienced and have climbed the peak many times including involvement in rescue missions and technical climbing trips in various other peaks.

 Three Jewels Adventures is a registered trekking and climbing agency in Nepal, with excellent track record of previous clients both in trekking and climbing since 2001. We offer Mt. Everest climbing expedition 2023 trip in an affordable cost.  The trip package includes full board climbing trip that begins and completes in Kathmandu.  Trip can be completed anywhere from 40 to 60 days that commences on April first week and lasts till June second week in 2023.  You spend about a week before and after the trip in Kathmandu, Another couple of weeks trekking on the way to Mt. Everest base camp and back. Rest of the time is for acclimatizing, coordinating and preparation training with your guides near or beyond base camp and of course for final climbing.

Mt. Everest Climbing Tentative Itinerary 2023 Spring

Days 1-4 (Apr. 8-11) Kathmandu – permit procedure, meet with fellows and guides
Day 5 (April 12) Fly to Lukla Trek to Monzo
Day 6 Trek to Namchebazar
Days 7 – 8 Namche bazaar
Day 9 Trek to Tengboche – staff will offer offerings to the Buddhist monastery for successful climbing
Day 10 Trek to Pangboche – staff will offer offerings to the head monk for successful climbing
Day 11 Trek to Phereche
Day 12 Rest day acclimatization
Day 13 Trek to Gorakshep
Day 14 (April 21) Trek to base camp- meet cook staff, settle in your own tent
Days 15-20 Base camp rest, interaction with staff
Days 21 – 30 Pre-summit preparation climbing up to Camp III
Days 31-45 (May 2nd Week towards) Summit goal giving several days for weather and other conditions
Days 46-55 Extra Days
Day 56 – 62 Return June First / Second week – arrive in Kathmandu by third / fourth week of June

Trip Cost Includes:

• One climbing member: one experienced climbing guide to assist in supply and climbing in camps, all the way to the summit.

• Lukla to base camp trekking guide, food, porter, tea house accommodation

• Oxygen cylinders with mask and regulator.

• All shared climbing equipment (necessary ropes, ice bars, ice screws, ladders, etc)

• Bag for human waste of the mountain for all climbers in all camps

• All cooking equipment, tent and support staff with alternative fuel, gas, kerosene

• Satellite Phone available at Base camp and with lead guide; walki-talkies with each guide and sherpa

• High altitude tents for all members and climbing sherpas

• All permits – i.e. royalty to Nepal government, Icefall route fixing fee, cost for toilet facility using and removal of human waste from the base camp to proper disposal site, national park entry fee

• Scheduled flight Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu , 30 kilogram (65 pounds) of cargo each climbing member from Kathmandu – Lukla –Kathamndu

• Transportation of food supply, equipment to Base Camp from Kathmandu

• All food and fuel for Base Camp and higher camps during expedition

• Services of cook and kitchen staff at Base Camp and cook at Camp II

• Kitchen tent, dining tents, toilet tents, tables and chairs, and kitchen utensils for Base Camp, Camp ii

• Insurance for Climbing Sherpas, Cooks, Government Liaison Officer, and local porters

• Six nights hotel accommodation (4 nights before 2 nights after the climb) in a 3-4 star level hotel in Kathmandu on bed/breakfast plan before and after the expedition as per itinerary

• Airport transfers as per itinerary

Trip Cost Not Include

• International airfare to and back from Kathmandu

• Nepal’s tourist visa fee.

• Meals in Kathmandu except one group dinner and breakfast provided by hotel

• Extra accommodation other than indicated in the itinerary

• Personal climbing gear, we will provide the list of gear and clothing

• Personal insurance such as travel, accident and medical emergencies

• Medical support in case of emergencies and Rescue by Helicopter or any other means

• Applicable permit fees and customs charges, etc. for satellite phone, communication equipment, and commercial filming (as per the rule of Nepal government)

• Personal nature expenses such as hard and soft drinks, laundry, postage, telephone, Email, etc.
